Terms of Service

1. Who and wetin dis dey cover

"Di Service" mean, together and separately:

• di game Fall of Cities;
• di game Galactic Cleaner;
• di app Umbra Mind — conversations with AI characters;
• di shared Umbra ID account, friends, and chat;
• products wey go release later, including shop and messenger.

Di community Rules wey we publish for our product pages be part of dis agreement, and if you break dem, e go carry di consequences wey we describe below.

2. Who fit use di Service

• you don reach at least 13 years old;
• if you dey under 16 years old, you get parent or guardian consent;
• you no dey under any ban wey we impose before;
• you no dey located for country wey get sanctions wey go stop us to provide di service.

3. Your account

4. Rules of conduct

Di full list of violations and penalties dey inside di Rules. For short:

• Severe violations (H1–H4) — content about war or politics, political or "patriotic" symbols, trading in-game items outside di platform, account farms. Penalty: permanent deletion of di account across all di studio products.
• Medium violations (M1–M3) — profanity and insults, spam and advertising, provocation and disrespect. Penalty: temporary ban. Three medium violations dey count as one severe.

E also dey forbidden to:

• use cheats, bots, or auto-clickers, modify di game client, or exploit bugs instead of reporting dem;
• attempt to access other people accounts or our servers;
• generate load wey go disrupt di service;
• impersonate Umbra Corporation staff or moderator;
• post material wey infringe another person copyright;
• file knowingly false reports about other players.

5. ÆC currency and items

Dis section matter — abeg read am.

• ÆC, chips, cards, frames, backgrounds, and other in-game items no be money and no be your property. Dem be limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use dem inside di Service.
• Dem no get any monetary value outside di Service. Dem no fit exchange for real money, no fit cash out, no fit sell to another player for money, or inherit am.
• When you buy ÆC you dey pay for di right to use dem for di Service, you no dey acquire asset.
• We fit change prices, item properties, and di ways to obtain items where dis necessary for game balance or di operation of di Service.
• If dem close account for breaking di Rules, di remaining ÆC and items no dey refund or compensate.

6. Purchases, payment, and refunds

• ÆC dey credited once payment confirm — usually immediately, occasionally after small minutes.

7. Your content

"Your content" mean everything wey you create and post: nickname, avatar, bio, chat messages, group names and avatars, and characters wey you create for Umbra Mind.

• You keep di rights to your content.
• You dey grant us free, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, display, and transmit am — strictly to di extent wey we need to run di Service, like showing your avatar to other players or delivering your message to im recipient.
• You responsible to have di right to post dat content and for am no to break law or third-party rights.
• We fit remove content wey break di Rules or law, and restrict access to am.
• If you delete your content, e go delete am for our side too, apart from copies wey we need to resolve reports wey don already file or wey law require.

8. Umbra Mind and artificial intelligence

• Umbra Mind na app for talking with AI characters, e no be game.
• Character replies dem produce by language model. Dem be fiction and fit dey inaccurate, inappropriate, or completely wrong. No treat dem as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• Characters na fictional creations. Dem no represent real people and dem no express di company position.
• If you use your own AI provider key, e dey stored for your browser. You responsible for dat third-party service terms and costs.
• When you dey create characters, follow di Rules: no depictions of real people without dia consent, no sexualisation of minors, no incitement to hatred, no infringement of copyright.

9. Our rights for di Service

Di games, apps, source code, design, text, images, audio, music, di names Umbra Corporation, Fall of Cities, Galactic Cleaner, and Umbra Mind, and di logos, belong to us or we dey use dem under licence.

You go receive personal, limited, revocable right to use di Service. Copying, reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying di code, creating derivative products, or using our material commercially without written permission dey prohibited.

10. Availability

• Di Service dey provided "as is". We no dey promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We fit change, add to, or discontinue features, products, and games.
• We dey carry out maintenance and we dey try announce am in advance.
• We no dey responsible for outages wey your internet provider, your device, or third-party service cause.

11. Liability

To di extent wey law permit, we no dey liable for lost profit, lost progress or data, or indirect damages. Our total liability to you dey limited to di amount wey you actually pay us during di preceding 12 months.

12. Ending access

• You fit leave anytime by deleting your account.
• We fit suspend or close account for breaking di Rules or law, or where necessary to protect other players.

• If you believe say decision wrong, write us and we go review am. We dey explain moderation decisions but we no dey obliged to disclose details wey go let person evade protection.

13. Law and disputes

Dis agreement dey governed by di law of di Republic of Moldova, and disputes dey heard by di courts for di company seat. If you be consumer wey dey resident elsewhere, you go keep any right to sue for di courts of your own country where your national law provide am.

Before you go court, abeg write us — most matters dem dey settle for few messages.

14. Changes to dis terms

We fit change dis document, including when new products like shop and messenger launch. Material changes dem go publish in advance. If you continue to use di Service after dem take effect, e mean say you accept di new version. If you no agree, delete your account.
